Inez R. Skaggs

Inez R. Skaggs, age 93, died Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Christian Health Center in Bowling Green, KY. She was born on May 5, 1919 in Owensboro to the late Harvey and Florence Skaggs.

She worked at General Electric as a supervisor for 46 years before retiring. Inez was a member of Hall Street Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for 26 years. She enjoyed traveling the country and seeing new places.

Aside from her loving parents Inez is preceded in death by her brother, Everett Wesley Skaggs.

She is survived by her loving sister; Madeline Kern of Griffin Indiana; a niece and special care giver, Billie Jo Lady and husband Nick of Bowling Green KY; two great nephews, Scot Lady of Melbourne FL and Brock Lady of Hortonville NY.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, July 24 in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
