Inez L. Epison

Inez L. Epison, 78, of Owensboro died Friday, November 24, 2006 at her home. She was born in Utica, KY and was a member of The Church of the Living God, Fifth and Maple, where she was church mother and was the church secretary. She loved the Lord, her church, her family, and she loved people. Preceding her in death were her husband, Ollie Epison in 1993, and her grandson, Matthew Epison Willis in 1990.

Left to mourn her are her children, Jerry L. Epison and his wife Carie, and Rebecca L. Epison, all of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Brandon Epison, Jerry Epison, Jr., Anthony McHenry, Christopher Epison, Jonitia Epison, and Michelle Epison; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and her aunt, Louise Daugherty of Owensboro.

Services are 11:30 Friday at The Church of the Living God, where visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and after 10:00 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Cates Cemetery, Whitesville.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hospice and Pallative Care of the Ohio valley.
