Hugh David Redmon

November 23, 1936 — May 13, 2002

Hugh David Redmon, 65, of Sidney, OH, died Monday, May 13, 2002 at the Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney. The Louisville native retired from Copeland Corporation where he was a Service Training Specialist for 31 years. He was a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES), the Vocational Industrial Club of America, the Boy Scouts, and the Baptist faith.
He received the RSES's Herman Goldberg Award for outstanding service in 2000. He enjoyed hunting, fishing,camping and wildlife conservation.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Wilda Mae Fulkerson Redmon; a son and daughter-in-law, Hugh A. and Heather Redmon of Amelia, OH; a daughter, Robin Redmon of Sidney; his parents, Hugh P and Bernice Redmon of Owensboro; and three grandchildren, Kyle Nicole Redmon and Nicholas A. Redmon of Amelia and Gregory A. Redmon of Toledo.

Funeral services are 2 P.M. Saturday, May 18, 2002 at the Christ Chapel, Owenbsoro Memorial Gardens in Owensboro with Brother Joe Kitchens of Hall Street Baptist Church officiating. Friends may call at the Glenn Funeral Home from 12 noon to 2 P.M.
