Hubert E. Husk

Hubert E. Husk, 90, of Maceo, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at his home. He was born July 7, 1926 in Daviess Co. to the late Lawson and Eva Roberts Husk. Hubert had worked in farming and at Fields Packing Co. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed coonhunting and riding horses. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Gilbert and J. L. Husk, and a sister, Clara Mae Barnett.

Surviving are a son, Hubert Husk and wife Patti of Philpot, five daughters, Emma Haire and husband Carl of Owensboro, Edith Boehman and husband Bill of Yelvington, Brenda Boehman and husband David of Philpot, Joyce Jones and husband David of Rineyville, and Becky Newcom (Keith Morris) of Danville, 20 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, January 7, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Daviess Co. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Friday and after 8:30 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
