Howard Rex Stinnett

Howard Rex Sonny Stinnett Jr., 45, of 6765 Lamplight Circle, Owensboro, died Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at his home. Mr. Stinnett was a Daviess County native who liked to shoot pool, enjoyed NASCAR and was a St. Louis Cardinals fan, and an avid supporter of the Sundown Band.

He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Rex Stinnett Sr. on March 8,2003.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Paula Stinnett; a son Matthew Stinnett; and daughter Holly Stinnett and her fiancAndy Gillaspie; mother Dorothy Stinnett; brothers Tony, Randy and Steve Stinnett; and a sister, Peggy Morris, all of Owensboro; a brother in law and sisters in law, several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins to mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Monday.
