Hilda Angela Goetz Blandford

Hilda Angela Goetz Blandford, 96 of Owensboro, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2006 at Harborside Healthcare Center. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky. to the late Joseph H. & Anna Louise Kluemper Goetz. She was a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Catholic Church and the Legion of Mary. She loved working in her yard and caring for her plants and flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Damien M. Blandford on June 29, 1995.

Surviving is a daughter and her husband, Peggie & Steve Reynolds of Owensboro, four sons and their wives, Daniel A. & Janis Blandford, John J. & Esther Blandford, David D. & Linda Blandford, and Kenneth M. & Virginia Blandford, all of Owensboro, 11 grandchildren, Terry Blandford, Ryan Blandford, Robert Blandford, Jason Blandford, Jimmy Blandford, Mike Blandford, Laura Davis, Susan Goodman, Lee Blandford, Heath Blandford, and Matt Reynolds, and seven great grandchildren.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, April 29, at Immaculate Catholic Church with burial following in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Friday and after 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Glenn Funeral Home. Prayers will be at 5:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
