Herman Joseph Goetz

Herman Joseph Goetz, 76, of Owensboro, passed away September 3, 2014 at Riverside Manor. He was born on May 20, 1938 to the late Albert Paul and Anna May Hinsey Goetz. Herman was a loving person and was liked by everyone. He enjoyed driving trucks and spending time on the road. Herman also enjoyed NASCAR, the outdoors, and will be remembered by his sense of humor.

Herman was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Barbara Goetz Lashbrook.

Survivors include his Sisters, Loretta Johnston (Frank), Frances Gaddis (David), Eileen Fulkerson (Joseph), and Linda Powers; Brothers, Marvin Goetz (Mary) and Mike Goetz (Sue).

Services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 6, 2014 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Visitation will be 2:00-8:00 PM Friday with prayers at 6:00PM and Saturday 8:30AM-9:15Am at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church Building Fund.
