Herbert Shouse

Herbert Shouse , 87, of Owensboro, died Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. He was a Daviess County native, farmer, and member of the Community Baptist Church for 40 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lena Laslie Shouse in April 1991; two sisters, Bessie Wilson and Sarah Burden; and a brother, Wilbur M. Shouse.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Billy Ray Shutt of Lewisport; a sister, Virgie Stinnett of Owensboro; four grandchildren, Carolyn Mitchell of Greenville, Donna (and Steve) Quattrocchi of Lewisport, Billy (and Yvette) Shutt of Owensboro, and Renee (and Brent) Wigginton of Hawesville; and great-grandchildren, Stephen, Matthew and Jean Nicole Quattrocchi , and Rae Lynn and Haley Ann Wigginton and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 11;30 A.M. Friday, January 9, 2004 at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Yellow Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3-8 P.M. on Thursday and after 9 A.M. on Friday.
