Hazel Faye Burns Mcdonald

Hazel Faye Burns McDonald, 66, of 1205 Leitchfield Road, Owensboro, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2004, at Leisure Years Nursing Home. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky. and was a homemaker. She was a member of the AmVets and enjoyed Nascar racing. A daughter, Janet Marie Staples, preceded her in death in 1961.

Surviving are four daughters, Regina Ann Hall, Patricia Gail Staples, and Rhonda Faye Toomey, all of Owensboro, and Margie Jo Staples of Winchester, TN, two brothers, Kenneth & Robert Burns, both of Philpot, and 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2:30 P.M. Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Monday and after 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
