Mrs. Hazel Hebert, 95, of Tuscon, AZ formerly of Owensboro, died, April 9, 2001 in Tuscon. The Henderson County, KY native was retired from Robinson May as a retail clerk.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Gerald Hayden, Jr. of Tuscon, 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10 A.M., Saturday, May 19, 2001 at Christ Chapel, Owensboro Memorial Gardens with burial following.
There will be no visitation.
