Hazel Bell Day
June 11, 1909 — June 2, 2001
Mrs. Hazel Trodgon, 91, of 1614 Parrish Ave, Owensboro, died Saturday, June 2, 2001 at the Hermitage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The Ohio County native was a member of Seven Hills Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a retired Private Duty Nurse.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Day in 1995.
Survivors include 3 sons, Carlton Day, Cordell Day and Charles D. Day all of Owensboro; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 2 nephews.
Funeral services are 2 P.M. Monday, June 4, 2001 at the Glenn Funeral Home in Owensboro with burial in Rosehill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-8 P.M. Sunday, June 3 and after 9 A.M. Monday, June 4.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Seven Hills Baptist Church or the Oneida Baptist Institute.
