Harold Lee Richardson

Harold Lee Richardson, 64, of Owensboro passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023, under the care of Hospice of W. Kentucky. The Lawton, Oklahoma native was born July 12, 1959, to George Richardson and the late Rose Straney Richardson. Harold received his master’s degree in social work from Western Kentucky University. He was a substance abuse counselor at the Boulware Center for over twenty years. Harold was an avid golfer and member of Windridge Country Club. He went all over the country playing on some of the most famous courses. Harold was compassionate and always willing to help others in need. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.  

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Olivia Richardson and granddaughter, Lochlyn; father, George Richardson (“Mom Ruthie”); brother, Greg Richardson (Denise); stepbrothers, Larry Cooper, Tim Cooper, and Greg Loney; stepsisters, Teresa White, Carla York, and Candy Loney; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.   

A memorial service will be 12:00 pm Saturday, November 4 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with visitation from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
