Hannah C. Aldridge

Hannah C. Aldridge, 89, of 2024 Asbury Place, Owensboro, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2005 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born on June 5, 1915 in Owensboro to the late Walter Nelson and Mary Jones Nelson. She was a homemaker, member of Third Baptist Church and member of the Gideon Auxillary. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Judith Ann Wilkerson in 1972.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Stuart J. "Oz" Aldridge; a daughter, Barbara Sue Wells of Kerrville, Tx.; two grandchildren, Thomas Warren Wheatley of Marble Falls, Tx., and Richard D. Wheatley, Jr. of Austin
, Tx., and two great grandchildren; and two sisters, Narzella Payne of Ohio Co., Ky.,and Minn Ora Johnson, both of Owensboro.



Funeral services are 1:00 P.M. Wednesday March 16, 2005 at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00-6:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
