Gregory Lee Wilson

Gregory L. Wilson, 41, of Owensboro passed away Friday, September 19, 2008 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born in Owensboro on June 3, 1967, Greg had traveled extensively with his military family, graduating from high school in Nebraska and living in Florida for many years. He was a fan of the Grateful Dead with a free spirit and shared unselfishly with others. He had a warm and giving heart.

He is survived by his parents, David "Bo" and Rebecca "Beckye" Atherton Wilson of Mary Esther, FL; a brother, D. Brian Wilson, II of Mary Esther, FL; a sister, Tessa Ann Biondolillo of Tampa, FL; grandparents, Oren Lee and Helen Ruth Atherton of Livia; and an aunt and uncle, Charlene and Larry Magan of Owensboro.

Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at Glenn Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Shouse officiating followed by burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Monday and after noon on Tuesday at the funeral home.
