Gregory Vance Stodghill

Gregory V. "Handy" Stodghill, 60, of Owensboro, died Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Marion, Indiana to the late Vance and Virginia Stodghill.

Gregory was preceded in death by his wife of 21 years, Martha Ann Stodghill in January 2014 and a sister, Debbie Stodghill.

He is survived by 13 siblings, Carol Cooke, Kenny Stodghill (Judy), Terry Stodghill (Barbara), Jackie Blocker, Jerri Woods (Chris), Shirley St. John, Donnie Stodghill (Janice), James Stodghill, Ronnie Stodghill (Anita), Becky Freyburgher (Terry), Ed Stodghill, Franci Kessler and Tammi Stodghill; step-daughters, Tammi Robertson Payne (Steve) and Georgia Bryant; a step-son, Shannon Lashbrook (Terrye); many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; and step-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 2 PM Sunday, November 2 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Dr. Paul Strahan will officiate. Burial will be at Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Saturday from 4 - 7 PM and on Sunday after 1 PM at the funeral home.
