Gregory "Greg" Scott Bumm

Gregory “Greg” Scott Bumm, 67, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday July 24, 2024. He was born July 7, 1957, to William “Bill” H. Bumm and Mildred “Betty” Elizabeth Clark Bumm. Greg would give his time to anyone who needed it at anytime, generous almost to a fault, never expecting anything in return for his friendship. He was very mechanically inclined, could fix most anything, and enjoyed working in his vegetable garden. Simply put, he was a man of many talents.

He was preceded in death by his father, William “Bill” H. Bumm.

Greg is survived by his mother, Betty Bumm; his siblings, Pamela Wink, Vickie (Ken) Rumage, Rex Bumm, and Keith Bumm; also many cousins.

A time of gathering to celebrate Gregs life will be held from 4 until 7 p.m. on Thursday August 1, 2024 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, and closing the visitation with some final words.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Jude Children’s research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
