Gladys Lyons

Gladys "Sue" Lyons, 74, of Owensboro, died March 27, 2014 at her home. She was born June 18, 1939 to the late Jim and Levi Mattox Moseley. Gladys also was preceded in death by her husband, Freeman "Buck" Lyons, son, Bobby, 2 sisters and 3 brothers. She was of the Holiness faith. Gladys enjoyed spending time with her family, "her grandchildren were her life" and playing bingo.

Surviving are her children, Debbie (Larry) Hatfield of Owensboro; Tony (Kandy) Burgess of Pontiac, IL; 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Lindsey of Beaver Dam; brothers, Kenneth, Richard Moseley both of Steger, IL and Arthur Moseley of Evansville.

Services will be at 2 PM on Monday, March 31, 2014 at Glenn Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will be in Calhoun Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday after noon until service time.
