Gladys Majaori Harrison

Gladys Marjori Harrison, 86, of 1816 West 6th Street, passed away Saturday, April 9th, 2005 at her home. She was of the Baptist Faith, attended Almost Family, and enjoyed cooking, bingo, flowers and dolls. Her parents, Marion Whitfield and Athena Vincent Harrison and two sisters, Irene Dennis and Ruby Winstead all preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sisters, Betty Embry of Morgantown and Eva Louise Jewell of Owensboro; seven brothers, Wayne Thomas Harrison of Portage, IN, Marion Gayle Harrison of St. Charles, MO, Wendell Harrison, Charles Harrison, William Isaac Harrison, Kirkwood Harrison, and James Leslie Harrison all of Owensboro; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Services will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Glenn Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 14, 2005, from 2 until 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
