Gladys Z. Renfrow Ballard

Gladys Z. Renfrow Ballard, 77, of Owensboro, died Thursday, March 11, 2004 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. The Ohio County native was the daughter of the late Otis Cary and Mary Frances Schroader Renfrow. Mrs. Ballard enjoyed spending time with her family, was a homemaker ; and of the Baptist Faith.

She is survived by five daughters, Gladys Fay Ferrell, Sue Ferguson, Shirley Jewell Towler, Thelma Purcell, and Lisa Hall all of Owensboro; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Anna Mae Coon and Myrtle B. Proctor both of Owensboro.

Funeral services are 1:30 P.M. Monday, March 15, 2004 at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Elba. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2-8 P.M. Sunday and after 9 A.M. on Monday.
