Gertrude Potter Dockery

Gertrude Potter Dockery, 53, of 2333 Wilson Lane, Utica, died Sunday, January 20, 2002 at her sister's home in Ohio County. The Daviess County native had worked at W.R. Grace & Daramic for about 20 years. She was a member of Blessed Mother Catholic Church and enjoyed quilting and needlepoint.

She is survived by a son, Danny Dockery of Owensboro; a daughter, Dorothy Renee Dockery of Utica; one grandchild; three sisters, Katherine Payne Baird of Owensboro, Dorothy Duncan of Hartford, and Esther Skiles of Louisville; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 12 noon Wednesday, January 23, 2002 at Blessed Mother Catholic Church with burial in Kelly Cemetery in Maceo. Friends may call at the Glenn Funeral Home from 2-8 P.M. on Tuesday and after 9 A.M. on Wednesday. Prayers will be said at the funeral home at 6 P.M. on Tuesday.
