Georgia Mae Lain

Georgia Mae Lain, 92, of 3955 Bratcher Hill Rd, Philpot, KY, died, Sunday, May 20, 2001 at the Hermitage Nursing and Rehabiliation Center. The Daviess County native was a homemaker and member of Friendship Baptist Church and Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and raising flowers. Her husband, Buel Lain, died in November of 1988.

Survivors include a daughter, Jean Daniel of Owensboro; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.

Services are 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 22 at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 to 8 P.M. Monday, May 21, 2001 and after 9 A.M. Tuesday, May 22 at the funeral home.
