George W. Early

George Bill Early, 46, of 4015 KY Highway 764, Pleasant Ridge, died Sunday, November 3, 2002 at Owensboro Mercy Health System. He was born in Daviess County, Kentucky on February 8, 1956 the son of Arvin and Lillie Mae White Early.

Mr. Early was employed at Commonwealth Aluminum Company for 26 years. He was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, had been a member of the Masonville Pleasant Ridge Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed camping, traveling, working with his hands and doing things for others.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Rosemary Early; his mother, Lillie Mae Early of Owensboro; one sister, Betty Hall of Pleasant Ridge; several nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; one aunt and one uncle.

Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 6, 2002 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend Tim Roberts and Reverend Kenneth White. Entombment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. His family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2002 and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
