Garry Wayne Morgan, 64, of Utica passed away Monday, August 13, 2012 in Maple Mount, MN. Born in Leavenworth, KS on January 24, 1948, he was the son of the late Leroy Morgan and Maudie Clemmons Jordan; was retired from the US Army where he served for 22 years; and was a long-haul trucker for 21 years. He enjoyed fishing, and when he was younger, bull riding. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-son, GMG2 Robert L. Vincent (USN Seal); a grandson, Alexander Wayne Vincent; a sister, Linda Jordan and a brother, Tommy Jordan.
Surviving are his wife of 36 years, Patricia Charlton Morgan; a daughter, Christina Berthelot of Peyton, CO; step-daughter, Patricia V. Whisnant of Utica; step-son, Christopher (Theresa) Vincent of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Ashley Berthelot and Cord Berthelot of Peyton, CO, and Patricia Allisa Erin Whisnant of Covington, GA and Joanna Lynne Whisnant of Covington, GA; brothers, Rocky Jordan of Pearland, TX, Ronnie Jordan and Randy Jordan all of Portland, OR and Mark Morgan and John Morgan of Oklahoma; sisters, Elizabeth (Bruce) Hole of Pearland, TX and Donna Prater and Claudia Hammons of Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.
