Freddie Dalton Church

Freddie Dalton Church, 60, of Hazard, Ky. formerly of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at the Appalachian Regional Healthcare Facility in Hazard. He was born on September 6, 1949 in Daviess Co., Ky. to the late James Wilbur Church and Dorothy Prindle Church Fulkerson. He was also preceded in death by a grandmother, Lucy Nalley Church, grandfathers, Joseph Bernard Church and Jacob Prindle, and several aunts and uncles.

Surviving are a grandmother, Mary Prindle of Ft. Myers, FL, a brother, James Michael Church of Owosso, Michigan, three sisters, Mary Lynne Duet and husband Gary of Lutz, FL, Cathy Ann Knox and husband David of Owosso, and Brenda Donnelly and husband David of Tampa, FL, an uncle, Joseph Arvel Church of Philpot, two aunts, Vera Foster Church and Annie Church Hurm, both of Owensboro, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 24 at the chapel at Resurrection Cemetery at Philpot. Burial will follow in Resurrection. There will be no visitation. Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
