Freda Mae Lewis

Freda May Lewis, 67, of 2620 Baylor Place, died Friday, May 30, 2003 at her home.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Metcalfe County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Lander and Ruby Perdue Pruitt.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Windel H. Lewis, in 1999 and two sons, Breck Lewis, in 1984 and Mark Lewis in 2002.

Survivors include two sons, Ron Lewis and Wade Lewis, both of Owensboro, a brother, Calvin Pruitt of Cave City; three sisters, Marcella Morrison and Rebecca Logsdon of Hiseville, KY and Learnell Logsdon of Davenport, Iowa; and five grandchildren.

The funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at Glenn Funeral Home. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday and after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hospice and Palliative Care of the Ohio Valley.
