Francisco Sotero Marquez Rubio

Francisco “Frank” Sotero Marquez Rubio, 60, of Owensboro, passed away Friday, October 2, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Frank as born on December 4, 1965, in Chapulhuacan, Hidalgo, Mexico. He worked at Envision Contractors and was a part of a lot of constructing the development along Highway 54 in Owensboro. Frank was a big soccer fan and enjoyed fishing.

He is preceded in death by his father, Sotero Marquez; and daughter, Lacey La’Vone Marquez.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Angela Marquez; children, Noah Woosley, Arly Marquez and Jorja Woosley; mother, Maria Marquez-Rubio; and grandchildren, Serenity, Kage, Levi, Malia, Gerlden, Yeral and Yahir.

The family will be having a celebration of life at Christian Outreach Church at 4p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Christian Outreach Church, 2110 W. 2nd St., Owensboro, KY. Care by Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
