Frances Louise Henning

Frances Louise Henning, 83, of the Carmel Home, died Thursday July 5, 2001 at Owensboro Mercy Health System. She was born April 16, 1918 in Daviess County Kentucky the daughter of the late David and Vera Petrie Henning.

She retired after 25 years as an operator for South Central Bell. She was a member of Immaculate Catholic Church and the Telephone Pioneers of America.

Survivors include two brothers, Robert J. McBride and David E. McBride both of Owensboro; two sisters, Virginia Lee Tichenor of Kingsport, TN, Helen Jean Hein of Owensboro; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday July 7, 2001 at Immaculate Catholic Church officiated by Father Tim Sweeney. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at Glenn Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday July 6, 2001 and after 8:30 Saturday. Prayers will be said at 5:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
