Florence Virginia Goodman, 68, of 1918 McCulloch Ave., Owensboro, died Sunday, August 11, 2002 at her residence. The Daviess County native was a homemaker and member of the Wing Avenue Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Goodman in 1988.
She is survived by her companion, Paul Goodman of Owensboro; a brother, Pendleton Barnett of Troy, IN; a sister, Wanda Sandefur of Owensboro; and several nieces and nephews.
A service of remembrance will be held at her home, 1918 McCulloch Ave., at 7 P.M., Wednesday, August 14, 2002. Friends may call at the home from 3-7 P.M.
Expressiosn of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Hospice Association, 723 Harvard Dr., Owensboro, KY 42301.
