Finnley Jace Clark

August 21, 2022 — March 18, 2024

Owensboro

March 18, 2024, Finnley Jace Clark passed away.  He was born August 21, 2022. Finnley was known by many names- "Finn" (Aaron), "Finnster" (Calista), "Mr. Finn" (Mom), "Bug" (Bailey), "Cwoissant" (Noodle). Usually you can tell how likable a person is by how many endearing nicknames they have. Finn had like a hundred. Everyone loved this little guy simply because he loved everyone. As Kaitlin liked to say, “He was everyone’s baby.” He truly never met a stranger. His M/O was to be held by as many people as possible.

Oftentimes if someone was walking by, or remotely in his vicinity, he would reach out for that person to get "cuddles". No stranger danger in this bold child. And who could refuse the request of Mr. Finn? The answer is no one, especially after seeing his ocean blue eyes and beautiful blonde hair.

He was full of so much life and joy.  Finnley found peace on his "mum's" chest, his favorite place to be, where he went to sleep one last time to his favorite fish lullaby. Nana now holds him close on the other side. After living a life filled with hospital stays and many pokes, he is finally at peace. No longer suffering from the dumpster fire called "cancer" amongst so many other unfair things. Despite battling his illness, he managed to comfort everyone else around him.

You likely wouldn't even guess how terminally sick he was on the inside because he wanted to live life to the fullest he could with the time that he had. He had many passions- Bluey (on repeat), his specific YouTube fish video that put him to sleep, chewing on toys, and most of all, his paci. He was adored by his parents, Kaitlin and Aaron, sister, Kaidence and brother, Oliver.  Finnley stole the hearts of the entire staff at Hospice of Western KY, where he gained 80 more members to his family cheering him on until his last breath.

The funeral service for Finnley Jace will be  12 PM Saturday, March 23rd, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Friday from 3 PM until 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
