Fairy Juetta Hayden Ford

Fairy Juetta Hayden Ford, 73, of Owensboro passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 at the Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Daviess County on July 8, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Ruben and Fairy Cox Hayden; was retired from HON; and was a member of First Baptist Church. Ms. Ford enjoyed talking to people and drinking coffee. She had a kind heart and shared that with others through her smile. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Morton Hayden; a sister, Mary C. Keiser; brothers-in-law, Herman Keiser and Hoover Wilkerson and a sister-in-law, Jo Ann Hayden.

Surviving are brothers, Marvin (Faye) Hayden, Carl (Linda) Hayden, Frank Hayden, Samuel Hayden, Charles (Carol) Hayden, and James (June) Hayden all of Owensboro; and sisters, Margaret (J.W.) Blincoe of Owensboro and Margie Wilkerson of Granite City, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Dr. Paul Strahan officiating followed by entombment in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Alzheimer's Association or Parkinson's Foundation.
