Evelyn W. Bolt

Evelyn W. Bolt, 85, of Bon Harbor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Owensboro, formerly of Roosevelt House I, died Monday, June 10, 2002 at Bon Harbor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Rockwood, TN on November 8, 1916. Her husband, Clarence R. Bolt, preceded her in death on April 27, 1987.

Mrs. Bolt retired from JC Penny as a sales clerk and was a member of Owensboro Church of Christ. She was a former member of Rockwood Church of Christ and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include a son, Jimmy C. Ridenour of Sarasota, FL; two daughters, Billie L. Olson of Long Beach, CA and Missie Jones of Owensboro; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Margaret Farley and Maryalon Mason, both of Albuquerque, NM.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 13, 2002 at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Burial will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood. Her family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2002 at Glenn Funeral Home and from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2002 at Evans Mortuary.
