Eva Rose Smith

Eva Rose Smith, 32, of Owensboro passed away Friday, September 8, 2006 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Ms. Smith was born December 28, 1973 and enjoyed collecting angels. She was preceded in death by her mother, Emma Lou Henson Smith in July, 2006.

Survivors include her children, Scott and Amythyst Cavender, Jacob Jones, and Steven Smith; her father, Everett Smith; four sisters, Polly Simmons , Joyce Bermudez; Lena Pollard and Shannon Hays and four brothers, Jerald Smith, Mike Bermudez, Mike Hays and Ben Simmons.

Visitation will be from 1 to 3 P.M. Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at Glenn Funeral Home.
