Eva Hancock Rummage

Eva Hancock Rummage, 84, of Lewisport, died Saturday, May 11 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System in Owensboro. The Hancock County native was a member of the Lewisport United Methodist Church and retired from S.W. Anderson Company where she was a sales clerk for 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Coots Rummage in 1972 and a son, John Rummage in 1986.

She is survived by a daughter, Dr. Mary Ellen Rummage of Lewisport and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 11 A.M. Tuesday, May 14, 2002 at the Lewisport United Methodist Church with burial in Rossehill Cemetery in Owensboro. Friends may call at the Glenn Funeral Home from 2-8 P.M. on Monday and at the Lewisport UMC after 9:30 A.M. on Tuesday.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Lewisport UMC Youth Fund.
