Eva Wiley Kinney

Eva Kinney, 70, of 4547 Springlane Drive, Owensboro, died Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Untied Methodist Church, and loved working in her yard.

Mrs. Kinney was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Ray Kinney on April 17, 1986, and her husband, Bobby Ray Kinney on November 29, 2004.

She is survived by a son Daniel Kinney and wife, Debbie, and a daughter-in-law, Yvonne Kinney Morris, all of Whitesville, a sister, Nell (Bill) Cartwright of Madisonville, and a brother Jack ( Sue) Wiley of Slaughters, and sister in law, Joan Wiley of Onton, grandchildren, Melissa (Jimmy)Aguilar of Philpot, Lacey Verdin of Marrero, LA., Melanie (Chris) Chaffin of Owensboro, Sierra Kinney, Daniel Kinney, Preston Morris and Megan Morris all of Whitesville, and great-grandchildren Gabby Verdin, Madison Aguilar, Mary-Kate Aguilar, Macie Aguilar and Rayleigh Chaffin, and step-great-granddaughter, Aleeyah Aguilar, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 13, 2007 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phil Bradley officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery in Hopkins County. Expressions of sympathy may be made to New Salem Cemetery Fund, P.O.
