Ethel B. Ford

Ethel Ford, 93, of Thruston, died Friday, October 24, 2003 at Heartland Villa. She was born October 21, 1910 in Davenport, Iowa the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Hartman. Mrs. Ford was a homemaker and a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School Class and was a member of Ensor Homemakers. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edwin Ford, Sr. in 1995

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Anne Ford of Thruston, Robert E. and Nora Ford of Maceo and Walter and Carol Ford of Yelvington; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and two nieces.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 27, 2003 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Dr. James Wedding. Burial will follow in Yellow Creek Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, October 26, 2003 and after 8:30 a.m. Monday.
