Elvia Louise McDaniel

Elvia Louise McDaniel, 79, of Maceo, passed away March 22, 2017 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born June 9, 1937 in Rockport, IN to the late Cecil and Lucille Smith. Louise was a long-time member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. She enjoyed all kinds of flowers and loved going to the Cracker Barrel. Louise also had hobbies like knitting and crocheting and loved spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Albert McDaniel and a brother who she had lost at birth.
Louise is survived by her son, Randall McDaniel; daughter, Sherri McDaniel; grandchildren, Amy, Josh, Brian, Amber, Michael, Lanisha and Hannah; great-grandchildren, Allie, Ashton, Addison, Ebbie, Logan, Maddison, Kaylyn and Dixie; siblings, Deannie, Bub, Vic, Charles, Sally and Larry and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday March 27, 2017 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Williams Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Prayers will begin 6:30 p.m. Sunday evening, at the funeral home
