Elsie Dale Mattingly, 64, of Olaton, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born on October 19, 1953 in Breckinridge Co., to the late Gus and Shirley Lee Smith Fuqua.
Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Jeff Carter, Jr., a daughter, Becky Evans, a son, Billy Fuqua, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, four brothers, Tommy Fuqua, Roger Fuqua, Ricky Fuqua, and Randy Fuqua, and a sister, Becky Bryant.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 P.M. Thursday, May 17 at Rosine Cemetery in Ohio County. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 1:30 P.M. Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
