Elsie V. Duncan, 61, of Lewisport, died Saturday, May 18, 2002 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System. The Racine, OH native enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Myrtle Parsons Hoschar.

She is survived by three brothers, Albert Hoschar of Aurora, MO, Earl Hoschar of Deerfield, OH and Carroll Hoschar of Atwater, OH; two sisters, Betty Simcox of Warren, OH and Pearl Hill of Vine Grove, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation and services are private.
