Ellen C. "Carey" Roberts

Ellen C. “Carey” Roberts, 66, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Heartland Villa in Lewisport.  She was born February 13, 1958 in Daviess County to the late Charles and Sylvia Leach Horton.  Carey had been a member of the former Temple Baptist Church.  She loved her two sons very much and her cat Rosie.  She enjoyed bowling, listening to rock and roll music, and loved all types of cars especially Corvettes.  She was very particular about her home always keeping it neat and perfect.

 Surviving are her two sons, Brad Roberts (Danielle) and Neil Roberts (Codi), all of Owensboro; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and a brother Brian Horton of Owensboro.

 Services will be at a later time.  Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
