Elizabeth A. Wedding

Elizabeth A. Betsy Wedding, 59, of 2413 French St., Owensboro, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2007 at her home. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky. on Dec. 20, 1947 to the late Robert G. and Dorothy Brumley Burns. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Memorial Baptist Church. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother and loved spending a lot of time with her family, helping at church, and working with children. She graduated from Clear Creek Bible College. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Aileen Wedding on Dec. 16, 1966.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Rev. Hugh Wedding, a son, Scott Wedding at home, a daughter, Beth Nash and her husband Greg of Owensboro, a grandson, Cambron Nash, and two sisters, Bonnie Burns of Mt. Carmel, Ill. and Susie Shelton and husband, Shirley of Utica.

Services will be 2:00 P.M Monday, September 17at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Monday at the funeral home.
