Elizabeth Ann Shaw

Elizabeth Ann Beth Shaw, 40, of 5728 Bickett Road, Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at her home. She was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and had worked as a General Manager for the Applebees Restaurant Corp. She was of the Catholic faith and also a freelance writer and had recently written a novel, Sweet Revenge which, at the time, has yet to be published.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Craig Shaw, a daughter, Melissa Shaw and a son, Ben Shaw, both at home, her parents, Phyllis and Charles Lonnie Griffin of Paducah, her mother-in-law, Katherine Shaw of Florida, and two sisters, Kristi Hagan and Jenny Dortch, both of Paducah.

Services will be 2:30 P.M. Thursday, October 11, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
