Elizabeth W. Arnold

Elizabeth ''Genny'' Arnold, 86, formerly of the Roosevelt House I, died, Monday, August 12, 2002 at the Hillcrest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The Masonville native was a member of the Hall Street Baptist Church and was retired from the Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. She had also worked for General Electric and was an avid University of Kentucky basketball fan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Franklin Arnold in 1976.

She is survived by a son, Bennie Ray Arnold of Newburgh, IN; a daughter, Judy Adams of Owensboro; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Trudy Wimsatt of Owensboro.

Funeral services are 2:30 P.M., Wednesday, August 14, 2002 at the Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-8 P.M. on Tuesday and after 10 A.M. on Wednesday.
