June Barrett, 91, of Sutherlin Lane, Owensboro, died Saturday, September 5th, 2009 at Hillcrest Nursing Home. She was born in Johnson County, KY to the late Wallace and Bess Hannah. She was a member of Sugar Grove Baptist Church.
She was a housekeeper for Dr. James Callis and family for over forty years. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and crafts.
Surviving is a daughter; Shirley Baird, a grandson; Greg Kelley, and two great grandchildren; Candice and Chris Kelley, all of Owensboro.
Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday September the 8th, 2009 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be after 12 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
