Edwin Leo Smith

Edwin Leo Smith, 69, of Owensboro, KY, died November 16, 2013, at his residence. He was born in Jefferson County, KY to the late Thomas Richard and Altha Marie Griffith Smith. He was a member of Yellow Creek Church and was a fun loving, jokester with a soft spot for all dogs.

Survivors include his children, Edwin Leo Smith, Jr. (Kim) of Ohio County, Sherry Smith, Dawn Boling (Ronnie) and Krystal Payne (Shane Waugh) all of Owensboro; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 7 p.m. on Tuesday in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
