Ednell Lovell Pogue

Ednell Lovell Pogue, 85 of 1222 Hill Bridge Road, Utica, died Tuesday, April 03, 2007 at her home. She was born to the late Clifford and Erdie (Goodman) Moore, was a homemaker and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church in Muhlenburg County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Glen Pogue, May 17, 1995, and a son Thurman, December 16, 2005.

Survivors include a daughter, Rebecca Pogue ( Willard) Thomas of Marshall, Virginia, and sons, Sherman, Cecil Ray, John (Jennie), Larry (Judy), and Donald (Annette) Pogue, all of Owensboro, and Joseph (Barbara) Pogue of Hartford, a sister, Ruby Renfrow of Owensboro, and brothers James O Brumley of Philpot, Charles Brumley of Mc Henry, Leslie Brumley of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, and David Stites, and Weldon Brumley of Owensboro, 23 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 great great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home chapel with entombment in Owensboro Memorial Gardens mausoleum. Visitation will be 12 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and after 9 a.m. Thursday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice Association Inc., Memorial Fund.
