Eartha E. Aubrey

Eartha E. Aubrey, 86, of Owensboro, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2017. She was born December 25, 1930 in Daviess Co. to the late Robert and Bessie Davis Galloway. She had worked for years for numerous places including the Holiday Inn, Swedish Match, and General Electric. She loved traveling, bowling, working in her yard, spending time with her grandchildren, and being at home. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Filmore Aubrey on December 3, 1989, son-in-laws, David E. Matlock and Vic Estes, and two sisters, Ann Easler and Betty Howard.

Surviving are four daughters, Gloria Jean (Ray) Drewry, Marilyn Matlock, Tencie Estes, and Darlene (Steve) Conder, all of Owensboro, a son, Edward Byron Aubrey of Owensboro, 13 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.

Private graveside services will be held. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
