Dorothy R. Quiggins Miller

Dorothy Miller 95, of Owensboro died Sunday, April 8, 2012 at Owensboro Mercy Health System. Born February 25, 1917 in Cloverport, she was the daughter of the late Lula Rhodes Quiggins and Nelson Henry Quiggins. Mrs. Miller was a member of Immaculate Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Miller, her son Joe Tanner, her daughter-in-law Pat Tanner, her niece Sherrie Millott, her brother, Maurice Quiggins and her sisters Agnes Quiggins Burks and Corrine McCormick.

Survivors include her grandson Mike Tanner of Lexington, KY, granddaughter Marsha Tanner Strein of Lexington, KY and four great grandchildren.

Services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, where visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will follow in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery.
