Dorothy Lee Chissom Gootee

Dorothy Lee Chissom Gootee, 56, of 2920 Yale Place, Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2005, at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky.and had worked as a kitchen supervisor at Hillcrest Healthcare Center. She was a member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church.

Surviving is a son, Kenny Gootee, a sister, Janice Sosh Settle, a brother, Bobby Chissom two grandchildren, Danielle Baker and Hayley Gootee, and several nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Saturday, June 18, at the Glenn Funeral Home. There will be no services.
