Dorothy Ball

Dorothy Ball, 92, of Owensboro, passed away Monday February 3, 2025, at Signature HealthCARE at Hillcrest. She was born October 9, 1932, in Troy, OH, to the late Ora and Florence Sheets Kehr. Dorothy was a member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church and valued her many friendships she had made there. She loved the outdoors, whether it was working in her beautiful flower beds or watching the birds. Dorothy also enjoyed reading and sewing.

Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Ball; two sisters, Martha and Peg; and a grandson, Christian Olivero.

Dorothy is survived by four children, Susan Meacham, Betty Wright, David Shilt, and Linda Wetherbee; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; and step grandchildren.
