Doris H. Stepp

Doris Stepp. 80, of 1604 E. 18th. St., Owensboro, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at Hillcrest Healthcare Center. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky. to the late Logan & Ruby Gardner Long. She formerly co-owned and operated, with her husband, the F. H. Stepp Manufacturing Co. She was a member of Garden Green Baptist Church and loved working for and doing things for the church. She also loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, crocheting, and flower gardening. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Stepp, Jr. on January 14, 2006.

Surviving are her two daughters and their husbands, Rebecca & Milton Hadden of Owensboro and Carol & Russ Wallace of Orlando, Fla., five grandsons, Clint, Jason, and Frank Ryan Hadden, and Rusty and Byron Wallace, and a sister, Rebecca Justus of Evansville, In.

Services will be 4:00 P.M. Sunday, March 4, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. The burial will be private in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
